It’s Thankful Thursday! I have been doing this in the health and fitness accountability groups that I lead and wanted to share it with all of you! Here we go - think of 10 things that you are thankful for and write them out…on paper. You can even add on a 1-minute meditation to this if you wanted! Just sit for a minute after writing your list and let it all sink in. Today, make sure you tell someone that you are grateful for what they bring to your life and make someone smile!
