It’s always funny when someone post or writes a story about how they were the first at something but were not. This “IS” the time of the “World Wide Web” and it isn’t hard to do some research to assure your claims are legit. One such case today was the King of the Cage organization as they posted; “Forty (40) fighters competed in the first ever World Amateur Championships” Well, just an FYI for KOTC that the ISCF beat this claim by about 6 years… And ISCF did it Three times… iscfmma/MMAClassic.htm On a brighter note… Congratulations to Terry Trebilcock, Founder & President of King of the Cage on organizing such an event. More so, having an award of a Pro Fight Contract for the winners! Now that’s taking it a mighty step further!! To ADD… Congratulations to number 2 ISCF Ranked Anthony McDonald of Oregon who took home the top prize. A $100,000 Pro Fight Contract!
