It’s long overdue for some legislation with some teeth that will empower employees who suffer from the dysfunctional treatment from being bullied on the job (this is more than bosses). It can be a complicated issue involving mobbing etc. I have personally seen it in action all my life. My Dad suffered daily mentally and physically for most of his working life and it was the end of him. Every day is a battle to survive and this is no way to work and live and it does domino down to everyone around and they don’t know what is wrong. You would think in America as great as a nation it is that we live in that we would have taken the lead but many countries are running circles around us because they have been on top of it for almost 20 years now. Obama should write an executive order and create a new agency to police it now.
