It’s painfully clear this president—a former lecturer in Constitutional law—plans to play by a different set of rules than any other president in history. His climate change agenda is so misguided and unpopular with the American people that he couldnt even get it passed through a Democrat-led House and Senate. Now hes attempting to use the rule-making process to bypass Congress. President Obama needs to understand that changing his strategy on Cap-and-Tax does not change the ugly truth: this is a job-killer and will greatly harm the economy. During a time when many families are struggling to make ends meet, these new rules will cause electric bills and unemployment to skyrocket. It’s wrong for the president to move forward with these rules, especially after the people have spoken out against these Cap-and-Tax policies.
