Ive also read comments about how rape victims, who become pregnant, should just carry to full term, as there are plenty of adoption programs available. I have two problems with this: 1) Tell this to all of this unwanted children, who are currently in the system. They might not be as enthusiastic about it, as much as some people are. 2) Any rape victim has gone through a horrible and unimaginable trauma. To suggest that they relive this attack EVERY SINGLE DAY of their lives, because they were denied the right to terminate the pregnancy, if they wanted to, due to the potential Amendment 1 holds, is disgusting.
