Ive always admired actors who can portray nuanced emotions. In Draft Day, Kevin Costner gives it his best shot, but mostly relies on the expression for which he is best known: constipation. Not that it matters that much in this film; as the title implies, it takes place on one day: draft day for the NFL. I like sports, but the characters were too thinly drawn to make me care about the outcome. It was an interesting change of pace, but not a superior movie.
