Ive always been a huge fan of supersets for my arms. I generally with spend 20-25 minutes for my arms twice a week. Hit it quick and hard. No need to spend hours on hours training. arm workout: 1) Rope push down superset with alternate db curl 3x12 each exercise 2) skull crusher superset with hammer curl 3x10 of each exercise as shown in video 3) close grip bench press superset with incline db curls 3x8 of each exercise Lumberjack coat and moustache is optional but also highly recommended!
