Ive asked Datuk President of OSCA about the old building of Sabah College. Heres his comment: Whole area comes under The Federal Land Commissioner as Education Dept comes under Fed Govt. For federal land or federal landed properties of such land is to be degazzeted it requires an Act Of Parliament. So far the whole land inclusive of the padang up to the Principals designated house is still under Federal Land gazzeted as Educational or Federal Purposes as it deemed fit. Thus now the land in question that you have asked is occupied by Federal JKR Maintenance Team used to be part of JPPS. Thus OSCA could not use or apply for same. Hope it helps to clear the clouds.
