Ive been a bit quiet on here of late, largely because theres been nothing much to be said about the state of my health... keeping things steady, doing what Im told (yeah, right...) and seeing what unfolds. Turns out that the nodule on my right lung has grown a bit, so Ive elected for surgery to remove and investigate it to work out what it is. Should be keyhole surgery but nobody knows until they get in there and Ill have to wait a couple of weeks for any biopsy results. The good news this time is that, to reduce the lists, the NHS is funding the treatment at a private hospital (same surgeon, same procedure, go figure). Should go in on 3 October and be out around 3-4 days later. Bliss. Seriously, Im not worried and wont be until someone tells me I should be. Stay happy and thanks for reading.
