Ive been a customer and maintained a PO Box with Pack & Ship at Heil & Bolsa Chica in Huntington Beach for 10 years but this is customer service I gotta brag about. I called to see if Tony would hurry and send my misdirected paycheck to me in AZ since I need it. He said NO! But that hed take it to my bank and deposit it for me tonight so I would have cash flow by morning! OMG. Who does that? What a HUGE relief. If anyone in HB has any shipping needs this holiday season, military addresses or special packing etcetera PLEASE even if its a few blocks out of your way toss this man your business. Hes certainly willing to earn it. One of the most honest businessmen Ive ever known. Im a customer for life.
