Ive been a huge supporter of Black Milk for some time. I witnessed this post as it unfolded (hence my video about it) and while I understand that the original post wasnt meant to be offensive, when your customer base is going hey- this isnt okay. You dont tell them to go elsewhere. That minority they talk about, was as of yesterday, around 5K that was banned/unliked. So if they each bought one pair of leggings (total around $100), thats about $500,000 in profit loss. Now, add in the damage to the brand image. For myself, Im not impressed with the attitude that seems to be prevalent here. Im not sure if I can support a brand who conscientiously treats their audience/customers this way.
