Ive been complaining about my truck always going to the shop. As I drop and unhook from my trailer I hear one of my suspension air bags dump all the air out of it. In pure frustration I called my dispatcher ( manager) and asked him where would he like for me to leave the truck and turn in the key because I quit. He tells me he will call me back in 20 min for further instructions, 10 minutes later and tells me he set me up to get a new truck on Monday. Moral of the story is sometimes you have to shut your mouth and be a team player but people will walk all over you if you let them, if you worked for something and truthfully in your heart know you deserve better then open your mouth. Closed mouths dont get fed, stand up for what you earned, not to be confused with feeling entitled.
