Ive been dealing with transferring both Peoples Gas and Comcast services since about April 24, for the current move. Every time, Ive been an absolutely lady. Ive been put on extensive holds, disconnected, having to RE explain what Im trying to do. Except for the last phone exchange where I cuss and threaten to cut off service and use other colorful language. Thats when I start getting freebies and better packages when all I wanted was to just be able to chat with a CS rep and have my service transferred. Im not wanting anything different from what I already had, just that it be transferred. This could be all taken care of in one simple phone call. Now 6 days later Im frustrated by you and youre giving me free upgrades? Does anyone else see the idiotocracy happening here? I worked CS/retail gigs through out college. I pride myself in being a lovely customer. I dont like that I have to be less than one to get THE simplest requests processed.
