Ive been given #13. 1. I was very short when I started high school, about 411. 2. Growing up, I was often called Davy, because of Davy Crockett, Davy and Goliath and Davy Jones of the Monkees. 3. Because of that, the first dog that Karen and I had was a Welsh Terrier named Crockett. 4. My favorite color is yellow - no wait, I mean blue. (Monty Python fans?) 5. I played piano as a kid and violin from 4th-12th grade. 6. My first job was working 10pm-6am on Friday and Saturday nights washing dishes at Sambos. 7. The first time I went skydiving was also the first time I was ever in an airplane (in fact, the first 7 times). I used to say that I had flown but never landed. 8. I went to one semester of kindergarden in city schools (Rose Fanning Elementary) before moving to the Lindbergh district. 9. My parents used to dip my pacifier into Ted Drewes. No wonder I love it. 10. The farthest I have travelled from home is Almaty, Kazakhstan. 11. I studied chemical engineering at Rolla for two years before switching to accounting. 12. I was extremely accident-prone growing up. The school nurse gave me a thank you card when I graduated from 5th grade. 13. I was born on a Friday the 13th, and have always chosen #13 as a jersey number when I had a choice. :)
