After placing as the overall champion at the 2014 Emerald State Natural Bodybuilding Championships on August 23rd, the International Federation of Physique Athletes has awarded me a Pro Card & a sword. The sword as a metaphor of the spirit of a warrior who never gives up in the battle. Thats the mindset you should adopt to succeed at anything you believe in. Think of a 112-lb teen from Colombia, who could barely bench an empty barbell, and would often get an asthma attack in his PE class.
