Ive been going over my top 10 SCA/fighting videos from my facebook page and I just hit #4 and honestly it might be my favorite because of the symbolism of it. The others are better to learn from and all that but this one had deep meaning for people close to me and that is what makes it important. #4 The Return of Baroness Ulrike the Franks Crescent to Caid Ok this video has nothing to do with fighting but it is still SCA Related and it is close to my heart. A war band that is rarely seen off of the battle field and never at court; comes together to honor and support their own. In a way I feel like the rest of the videos kind of lead up to this one since I finally had the chance to really help my friends with this new skill set by bearing witness and documenting the return and passing of Baroness Ulrike the Frank’s Crescent. I am proud I was able to do this and regret nothing about the day or what I was able to do since it was my best at the time.
