Ive been hitting the gym at least 5 times a week, not much weight loss but I can see a change in my body. I started focusing on my core muscles because my back has give out a couple times over the years. So what happens when I cough real hard???? I sprained my back... Dr says no gym for me. A minor setback. I guess for the next week or two youll find me in the cardio section with the house wives on the reclining bike watching tv as I work out. Lol!
