Ive been in my home in Vitoria for a couple weeks now and we have been ramping up the training again. My weeks consist of swimming, biking, running, strength work, eating, and recovering. The body is tired, but it feels good to get in a solid block of training before heading to the next WTS stop in Chicago (which is June 28th). I wrote a blog about what I pack for a triathlon.
