Ive been seeing this circulating on Facebook recently and I heard that the operator of the truck was charged with a traffic violation. Him giving the finger and taking his eyes off the road wasnt the best decision but did he have a legitimate reason to be angry? I say, Yes and heres why: The people in the car (driver and recorder) were driving in a passing lane. The guy in the truck was stuck behind them when he was trying to pass. When he did have an opportunity to pass, the driver of the car sped up (watch it, its in the video) so that he could not pass. That is the moment when he got angry, tried to pass again and gave the finger. The people in the car were not only committing a traffic violation themselves by driving in the passing lane but they purposely engaged in an unsafe altercation on the roadway by purposely not letting vehicles pass which put peoples lifes in jeopardy. As you can see, it DID cause an accident. Furthermore, after they participated in this guy crashing his truck. They stopped in the middle of the roadway, got out the car and continued to film while making fun of him INSTEAD of making sure that they guy was not severely injured in the MVA. My first instinct wouldnt being filming and laughing, it would be calling 9-1-1. So I ask you again, whose fault was it really and why wasnt she charged with careless driving? Your Opinions Below....................
