Ive been taking way too much time off from the gym. Its been over a month. One of my reasons was that Im noticing Im way smaller without all the weight lifting. My thunder thighs were a grip of muscle, and have gotten smaller. And I kept wondering what the point of lifting so much and keeping up with my cardio was. And then last night I had to help my babe push my car to my house. I wanted to throw up and fall over. That wouldnt have be the case if I were keeping up with my fitness stuff -_- Ive learned Id rather be bigger and strong than little and useless.
