Ive been thinking about the solar eclipse thats presenting itself today. Ive been feeling it. The sky is already totally grey here.... nothing but grey. No sun to be seen. The moon is coming between the earth and the sun. Weve seen in the science of psychology that the moons influences affect our emotions deeply. So the symbolic message I hear is, lets not let our emotions (moon) come between us, not as women (earth) and men (sun), or as creatures (earth) in relation to Creator (sun) Its only a partial eclipse. Maybe all three - sun, earth and moon - are conspiring to tell us something about ourselves. Maybe the eclipse is telling us to let pass whatever earthly emotional problems may eclipse our true spiritual nature in a moment. Thats what eclipses do, they pass. We have only to turn our minds and hearts and souls and spirits to a higher plane where material effects are irrelevant. Its that realm of Love - where Baba Namo Kevalam, Love is All There Is. Nothing else matters. We can do this because we have the potential for conscious awareness and choice. Turn thy sight unto thyself, that thou mayest find Me standing within thee, mighty, powerful and self-subsisting. I bear witness, O my God, that Thou hast created me to know Thee and to worship Thee. I testify, AT THIS MOMENT, to my powerlessness and to Thy might; to my poverty and to Thy wealth.
