Dear Muzamiel Ismail Firstly I must apologise for the inconveninece caused. Be assured that this is definitely not the kind of behaviour that we expect from our drivers on the road. We are sending all our staff through an extensive training program which includes customer care, before releasing them on the road to deal with our customers. Unfortunately there are some of them that do not adhere to our policy and procedures when they are dealing with our passengers. In these cases if the driver is identified we make sure that we do take the appropriate action against these individuals. In these specific incidents mentioned by you, I do not have the four digit numbers that can enable me to trace the specific drivers to take the necessary disciplinary action. I will appreciate if you can give the complete fleet number if you should experience the same inconvenience from our drivers. With regards to the fumigation, we do have a company that are fumigating all our buses on a regular basis. If you should have nasty experience with our buses, please I once again urge you to give me the bus number, to make sure we pay special attention to the specific bus.
