Ive been using the Weather & Clock Widget on my Android phone, but turned off its notifications because it would occasionally wake me in the middle of the night to tell me I had clear skies. This morning I saw that I slept through a tornado warning that didnt notify me because I had turned notifications off. Can anybody recommend an Android weather app that will remain silent but notify me when truly severe weather is approaching?
