Ive been very quiet so far about my pregnancy. If you dont see me in person or do not read my blog you may not even know that I am (now 25 weeks along) I have felt incredibly introspective as I have been moving through this incredible change, and very reserved about the process of my changing body. As someone who speaks loudly for the love of self and respect of body in all its many forms I grew quiet as I struggled to accept myself. The change hasnt been easy, but it is in the experience of discomfort that I have awakened to see in truth all that the body is. Its with this opening that I see now through the eyes of love. It is with deep appreciation for all her many forms that I bow down to the body as the great teacher that she is. While the body has been an enormous teacher the last 5 months, the greatest teacher in this experience has been my husband. Its my partner that challenges me to stand in my truth and authenticity. Its his love that supports me in the embodiment of all that I say I want to bring forward into the world. It is with the deepest thanks that I look to my loving husband and say thank you for reminding me of the perfection in every moment. Many great thanks to the talented Alison Rogers for filming this video. Its my intention in posting this video that it inspires other women to love and appreciate their bodies in all the many ways we are constantly changing and evolving. https://vimeo/117530039
