Ive been working on balancing my food intake, I come home with 800+ calories left to eat for the day and thats if I havent worked out. Today I decided to add fruits and veggies through my day again (I used to eat fruits and veggies each day and just kind of stopped lol). I went to Walmart this morning and picked up apples, oranges, pears, bananas, baby carrots, celery, cucumber and fat free ranch. I also bought myself a new mandolin slicer since my other one broke and decided to prep the veggies for the week today so I dont get lazy during the week.
