Ive caught them a couple of times. They shorted me 2 quarts of oil, if they even changed it. I came back 3500 miles later and said I was 2 quarts low. Impossible, I said, show me any leak underneath or any oil or black in the tail pipe. There was none. Once, I asked them to rotate the tires, after they rotated them they told me that the brake pads where very thin and that they needed to be changed now and that they would give me a 20% discount. I told them I do my own brakes, which I do. I took it home and removed the wheels and found the pads were like new. Over a year later, the pads are still in good shape. Jiffy Lube....you just lost another good customer!
