Workout for legs. I avoid unilateral exercises. It makes my s-joints hurt. If I squat/rdl too heavy it hurts. Glute bridge I can do fairly heavy. Sticking to low reps of course. These were with 65 &85lbs. Every day is different. Gained about 15-18 lbs so far. We had sweet and sour chicken a day ago then cake last night so who knows exactly how much?!as long as hes happy and healthy Im good :) #22weeks #fitpregnancy
