Ive come to accept the fact that the Millenials and Gen Zers in American society have been raised with a level of comfort, prosperity and technology that is unprecedented. It has created complacency and an expectation that EVERYONE should enjoy these things. So they begin to focus on the inequities in society, the income gap, the limitations imposed on the unmotivated. Once faced with how hard life really is...they cry UNFAIR! Not Unfair! Great rewards ONLY follow great sacrifice. More millionaires are created every year in the US than in any other single country. You think they accomplish this working 30-40 hours a week? NO WAY! The key to wealth accumulation is hard work and discipline...something that is lacking in this country. When it comes to money we (me included) too often look to meet our immediate needs rather than sacrifice, live within our means and accumulate wealth. Yes there is poverty, yes there is hardship...yet for those willing to learn, study and practice self control there is unlimited opportunity. Come on younger generations...quit whining, exercise some self control and get busy building YOUR wealth.
