Ive decided its time to tackle the task of going through Colemans office. I tried once before but I was t ready. I think its going to take me a long time to do this because it seems I must read everything I pick up. If you have ever seen Colemans office you know what I mean. This is one thing where we were on opposite ends of the spectrum- for me its a place for everything and everything in its place, a strait I inherited from my mother. Coleman, on the other hand, did not follow that philosophy. Ive managed to clear off the top of his desk and have heard him speak as I read from the legal pads, note cards and scraps of paper piled there. These are the things that mattered to Him - not having a neat desk or office; -Lost people matter to God. -Look at the world and youll be distressed Look at yourself and youll be depressed Look at Christ and youll be at rest -We hide- God seeks- Thanks be to God! - No one can long worship God in spirit and in truth before the obligation to holy service becomes too strong to resist. Son, you come with me. They went into large skyscraper. They watched as an elderly lady got on the elevator. The door closed and their curiosity rose. A few minutes later the door opened again and a very attractive young lady got off the elevator and walked away. The father grabbed the boy and said Boy, go fetch your mother. -If the perfect Son of God was totally dependent upon the Father for direction and empowering, what is the level of our need?
