Ive got a funky, self contained unit, at the back of my house (with a separate entry/access and fenced off) available as of 22nd December. Bedroom/lounge room combined (you could section easily), kitchenette and bathroom. $200 a week with electricity, water and gas included. Outdoor area, and a veggie patch bit if youd like to utilise it. Shared clothesline, and laundromat close in Upwey & Belgrave. Approximately 21 square metres, minimum 6mth lease, no bond, but 4 weeks upfront. P.S. Were great neighbours. Just ask our neighbours... :)
