Ive had a few people inbox me recently asking about H man updates, sorry for anyone somewhat interested in his progress that I havent kept up w his training updates. There is also the extreme modest side of me that doesnt want to seem too pseudo narcissistic to think anyone is actually interested in our lives. ;) H went to Washington State to complete his SERE Survival Training and finished that and graduated. It was a classified training program so even though I try to nose things out of him, he couldnt offer much. Although even if via text as a mother, you can tell something in him changed. His text to me briefly outlined how much respect he has for the freedoms we take for granted every day and what pride he has being an AMERICAN, the hardships fought and the blood shed all for FREEDOM. Hes knee deep in EMT (New Mexico) school right now and gave his first intramuscular injections yesterday. He sent me photos of the sizes of the textbooks they gave to memorize and test on each Friday and they are pretty hefty. One slip of those test on Fridays (failing) and hes out of the Pipeline. Hes already lost several friends again and once again, transitioning. Trucking along, but can always use prayers if you have any extra that he keep up the good fight.
