Ive had a little bit of a rough day and wanted to mention something about my business.. I am young, I am self-taught, and my items are nowhere even close to being perfect. However, I dont think theyll ever be perfect, no matter how much experience I have under my belt. And, I absolutely love what I do. Im not sure that anything will ever make me any happier than doing exactly what I do. If a customer of mine ever has any complaint about a clothing item purchased from me, dont hesitate to say something to me. I want nothing more than for my girls to be happy with what they purchase from me. If there is a problem, I have no problem refunding the item as a whole. However, I feel like people dont always remember that I have a business to run and other customers to please. I dont work for profit as much at this point, because well, sewing is expensive. And my business is still new. But if I were to discount clothing for one person and not another, it wouldnt be fair to my other customers and could ultimately bring my business down. I appreciate everyone who loves and supports me and my business. I hope that I continue to make people happy and people continue to love my work as much as I do! :)
