Ive had some Country-Style Short Ribs in the freezer just begging to come out and play. So I GTS (new term from Teena - Google That S**t) looking for a crock pot recipe. Found the following recipe which was super simple and OH SO GOOD! I modified the recipe just a tad. Put a can of chopped tomatoes in and used a Costco size bottle of Sweet Baby Rays (sorry, Kraft). I ended up taking the ribs out at 6 hours and finishing them in a 400 degree oven with my roasted baby red potatoes and cauliflower. We also had french bread with a dipping oil combo made from Navidis in Bend Oregon Persian lime infused olive oil and wild blueberry balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!
