Ive just arrived back in the UK and I wanted to compliment you on the service we received. I would just like to say how pleased I am that I used Walker Mobility, and I will have no hesitation in recommending you to friends and family and using you again on our next holiday. What a truly exceptional service we received. The scooter was delivered well in advance to our hotel and was collected on time too. We only had one problem during our holiday, and that was due to a severe rain storm causing the scooter to stop working. The Disney theme park we were at called you and gave us the use of a wheelchair on a temporary basis while we waited for our new scooter to be delivered. Not only were you fast and efficient in getting a replacement scooter to me, you truly lived up to your outstanding reputation. Being disabled with a neurological illness and a brain injury often means that I am unable to walk, and rely on the a scooter or wheelchair to enjoy my holidays. You really did deliver on everything you promised and helped me to have such an enjoyable time without being a burden on my wife and children. My sincerest thanks, Sean McGurty
