Ive just noticed that our ratings have gone down from 4.9 to 4.7 (which is still very good), so ive been looking through our review section to find out why. It appears that we have had an influx of people rating us 1 star and not leaving any comments. When ive checked though our client records, the vast majority of these people have never even had an appointment at our salon and therefore not in a position to be able to leave a review. Or maybe theyre aware that if they rate us low it will bring our rating down! Im happy for people to review us in any way that they feel is true and reflects the experience that theyve had at our salon, but if some of them are being made up to make us look not as good as other salons I feel that this is a little bit sad.
