Ive never been a big squatter when it came to building my legs . It seems every time I do squat even with perfect form my lower back inflames. So I tend to stick with hack squats regular and reverse, leg presses and sometimes vertical leg press for my mass builders ... 🔹So the question is are squats necessary for building legs?? In my opinion I say no due to my experience over 15 years of training .. 🔹What do you guys think ???
