Ive never met my real mother. She gave me up right after birth. I have no idea what her name was or my father either. My adoptive parents fed me, clothed me, and taught me values that I cherish. They never did admit I was adopted. I guess they figured I wouldnt love them if I knew they werent my real parents. *shrug*. I have no idea why they chose not to tell me the truth. I did eventually find that out though. They were abusive to me both mentally and physically through my childhood. Yet I still have found things to be thankful for from them. Still, I wish I had the opportunity to meet my birth parents but at this point in my life I dont see that happening. Anyways, for those of you who have a great mother and may have lost track of her importance in your life? I hope you find that back in time to thank her for all she has done. And your fathers also......
