Ive not been a big fan of the Catholic Church and many of my family members, like my Great Grandmother werent either. That being said I did go to a catholic HS. My theory of how we got our current Pope (who I DO like) is this. I think they had voted many times with no consensus and on the last vote enough of them thought Ill throw this whole thing off. Ill vote for Frank. Hell NEVER win! I recommend the Rolling Stone article to see how badly he is confounding the internal workings of the Vatican. He is a breath of fresh air, from sneaking out at night in disguise to minister in the slums, to giving kids rides in the Pope-mobile. He takes Selfies with people and that is awesome. I picture him late at night sneaking around breaking pieces of gold curly cues off of things and giving them to the Swiss Guard who was going into the slums with him and saying Go forth and hock this! Use the $ to feed some of the poor. I hope he keeps rocking the foundations for a long time!
