Ive noticed since I started my training there are around 6 types of different categories that people fall into ..... 1) the cant workout wont workout.......This is when theyre not in the fitness mind set and just make any excuse to get out of any form of exercise. 2) the in denial ... This is when some people kid themselves into believing they do enough .. For example .. Taking the stairs at work is deemed their exercise for the day. 3) the contemplator... Who really wants to start but either doesnt know how or is a bit scared of making the initial step forward 4) the steady exerciser .. Who is active on a daily basis .. Tennis ,Walks, yoga etc 5) the go hard or go home strong is the new skinny,.. type of person who slams the gym,drinks shakes lifts weights and blasts the cardio sessions 6) the faker the one who dresses up to go to the gym and burns about 10 calories whole reading a magazine on the treadmill only to find selfies afterwards about how they blasted the gym hard. Which one are you ?
