Ive posted this video time, and time again, but right now i feel this video needs to be viewed by every single human being out there. Why? Because discrimination and racism is very real and very much alive. In the short span of these last few months between watching the news and seeing the Ebola outbreak, and turning on my tv or radio and hearing about ISIS, and watching people blatantly make discriminatory comments based on the colour of ones skin or the way a certain person is dressed, i just feel beyond disgusted. Ive been on public transit and heard parents telling their children not to sit next to that black person on the bus because they might catch Ebola and Ive also witnessed first hand people verbally and physically attack another person while calling them a member of ISIS or label them as a Terrorist because of how they are dressed or what they look like. To be a minority is not fun. It is not easy, and is definitely not a walk in the park. This is the 21st century people, and we are in the year 2015, but unfortunately all I see is the human race going back in time and not evolving forward. Human rights and equality is something we should all strive for, and to discriminate against a certain group of people because of what one person does should not alter our thoughts and feelings towards that entire group. Put yourself in their shoes for an hour. See how it feels. Believe me, watching this video will alter your way of thinking for the rest of your life.
