Ive read a number of articles about windows 9 ( threshold ) The new ios ( os ) preview release from Microsoft, Ive also read a number of articles about a pre preview ( pre beta ) version of windows 10 from Microsoft. Im currently running windows 7 on my laptop and windows 8 on my iPhone. Unfortunately my laptop doesnt meat the system requirements for windows 8 and i dont really want to upgrade the hardware ( RAM ) as its a very disruptive task and can lead to system instabilitys. I guess i shall just have to soldier on with Os 7 on my old and very faithful laptop, and hope that my financial situation changes so that i could upgrade to a newer and more compatible unit. Still its a pity those newer ioss ( OSs ) arent compatible with older systems.
