Ive recently seen angry words with no real substance. It’s a form of slander to a degree. Sometimes things are misconstrued, sometimes people stumble in the life, other times it is an unfortunate reality of humanity. Many times its just misunderstood what all it takes to pull an event together. At this point all I see is rumor and I dont want any part of that because I honestly dont know either way. What I do know is it is someone with whom Ive been a guest at their house at many occasions. With whom Ive broken bread, had a beer and a shot, many laughs, held their children, hugged their wife, shook their hand is coming under fire. In all that time theyve never said a bad word about me, nor can I say one of them. Ive only seen them as giving, not taking. If something is wrong, rather than halt what I see as a possible positive idea, let’s correct the situation. Let’s make certain that what we are told, is reality. So, how do we turn this? If you think it’s wrong, let’s make it right. If it’s a charity for the kids and their families, lets get involved in making it happen rather than shutting it down. Because there are those on the receiving end of any money that this will generate which lose out if this doesnt happen.
