Ive seen a lot of people talk major trash on Obama, and Ive never said word one about how wrong I think they are for doing so. Regardless to how you may feel about our current President, he is doing at least this one thing right. If youre reading this post, it means youre using the internet. If youre like me and the internet has become a part of your daily life then youve probably heard the term Net Neutrality. If you havent, I highly recommend doing a google search and educating yourself. In short Net Neutrality is what allows us to use the internet without limitations or restrictions being imposed by our various ISPs. There is a large push right now to remove Net Neutrality and allow providers to either limit access or charge higher prices for specific sites/services. For example, if you want access to Netflix, you may have to pay your ISP more in order to access it. If the FCC classifies the internet as a utility it will make it impossible for any ISP to limit your access to any website or services. Bravo Mr. President, Bravo.
