Ive spared you all the daily gym check in, Ive been going to the gym pretty regular for the last 3 months. When I started I had a body comp done, they just have the machine you stand on and hold two sensors in your hands. I have no idea how accurate they are but figured itd work for a baseline. After 3 months my weight is the same 214, but I didnt go into it to hit a certain weight. Body fat from 28.1% to 23.7% Metabolic age from 65 to 48, actual age 59 Ive mainly cut out soft drinks and fast foods, still hit it once in awhile but no dieting. All of the other readings fat down, muscle and bone density up. Im starting a little different workout program now. So I guess its worth it to keep going. Maybe by summer Ill be in my 30s and will be able to keep up with my sons. I dont know if this amount of change is good or Ive been slacking and could have done better.
