Ive spent approximately 3 hours on the phone last night and this morning trying to correct a connection issue to WiFi. When I recieved my latest AT&T cell bill it was 3 times the usual charge, finally found out my home WiFi isnt staying connected so Im racking up tons of data charges. After diagnostics with my internet company, determined its a phone issue, then had to go through it all again with AT&T. For now the problem is solved but will have to check it frequently to be sure it stays connected. If it doesnt Ill need a new phone, which luckily is still under warranty. Have to compliment both Comcast and AT&T for their service, while it isnt fun spending so much time trying to resolve this, they were both exceptionally cooperative and helpful. Even adjusted my cell bill back to normal.
