Ive talked about spin and how it affects what we believe in politics but it is also true of the Bible. The question is asked, Can science prove the Bible? Maybe the real question should be What do we know more of … science or the Bible? One thing we know is that science has not reached its limit. There is more and more about science that is being revealed to us and we have yet to learn. The one absolute we have is God! Interesting enough … there is more scientific evidence for a Creator than for NO Creator yet our science books promote the belief of Darwinism that does not support a belief in God. Now here is where it gets almost comical. 500 years ago, scientists believed the earth was flat … hmmmm. Now lets look at a passage written by the prophet Isaiah 2700 years ago. God sits above the CIRCLE of the earth. The people below seem like grasshoppers to Him! A circle appears to support a flat earth belief if you can discredit the orbit of the earth around the sun. The changing of the seasons and the environment of the different lands on this earth lean towards the belief of our world spinning or revolving around the sun which would make a flat world belief next to impossible. Okay … those who dont believe in a God believe in one of two things … the universe has ALWAYS existed (many scientists have a hard time believing this) and the ever popular theory of the Big Bang which leaves everything to chance. Many scientists today are beginning to admit that things just didnt happen and lean more to there being a Supreme Being or a Creator. All of this is interesting to debate but logic helps put thing in order. It is easier to believe what we know today because of science and the earth being observed from above than to trust those who with no proof believe the world was flat. Faith is a far better answer than to believe what people may speculate or think without a way to prove it without reservations. Again … my faith is in God and not man … so sue me (ha)! SIAA!!
