Ive tried the Social Media route before so lets see if it works again. I was just in a T-Mobile store and I was told that even using the Jump! Program, it would cost me $417.99 or something like that to upgrade from my 5s to the 6. I got the 5s about 8 months ago, paid $350 down, and have paid about $200 additionally towards the balance. Not to mention the $10 a month Jump! Fee. If this clerk was accurate, then the Jump! Program is a complete rip and a waste of money. The whole point of it is so you can upgrade to a new phone when you want without paying a massive amount. I was prepared to pay $100 or so which is what a different store told me. T-Mobile Support can you help?
