Izzy was well rested when Dad sent her into the garden to oil the padlocks on the sheds. This earned Izzy her breakfast and a pat from Mum during the consumption of the the morning bedtime beverage. All rose for breakfast and Izzy got what she deserved; marmite on toast. Izzy and Dad took their morning walk to Swing Swang lane and the parkland, blackberries were eaten on the way and they met no-one of acquaintance, just a couple of joggers. In the woods Izzy found a truffle which Dad looked after for her. They paraded round the town and chatted to Daphne Allen near the War Memorial. Izzy likes Daphne. At home Izzy was given her favourite treat, a carrot. Dad went out for a couple of hours shopping, Izzy stayed home with her Mum and sunbathed. Izzy slept. Izzy was so bouncy when her Dad came home! Izzy had her dinner. Izzy played ball with Alfie Claire Jarvis dog and Cassie who lives near Tank Farm, they had great fun. Izzy went home tired and slept. Izzy went out with her Dad again later in the evening, this time to see if there was any truth with regards to blackberries glowing in the dark. Izzy was surprised. Back home Izzy slept. Another good day!
