I’m Brandon Monroe applying for the doctorate of education in doctor of education with a specialization sport management. The approach to teaching/ coaching is based on major theoretical questions in order to establish and build an operational structure to obtain a purpose in my professional. I would give me knowledge base information, need in order to become a successful individual and are considering an organizational leadership role. The development will enhance my professional to become the type of leader who can drive an organization during times of dynamic change I believe, it is very important to enroll at North central university online program education in doctor of education with a specialization sport management gives me an organizational leadership. What are moral values? (Questions the nature of values: what is good – what is bad- moral judgments) the discussion entails what constitutes moral and non – moral values have on moral beliefs and action (Hahm, Beller, and Stall, 1991). This gives me a winning exception to be made when arranged well in advance with my professional, exercise the minds in an effort to develop the skills needed to execute. At Grambling state university my highest level of education were my master’s degree sport administration learning skills, like technical/sports writing, legal aspects, finance, research methods, marketing, ethical issues, leadership dynamics, computer based applications, sport nutrition, preliminary examination and comprehensive examination. The department of kinesiology, sport and leisure studies sport administration introduce to personnel management. As in any successful endeavor, the planning is the most important aspect. This is particularly true with a leadership role because of the different expectation born of different cultures. This will give me great preparation skills that is unexpected that creates problems. I would like to express my interest in a position as Director Assistant or coach. As a recent graduate with writing, editing, trainer, coaching, sport management and administrative experience, I believe I am a strong candidate for a position at the establishment or program. As an Sport Administration major, love to teach, coaching, training students or student athletes an editorial intern for at Grambling State Intramural center under Director/coach Mr. Terry Lily, I have become a skilled Director and administrator with a variety of experience. Working as a supervisor at times has given me the skills necessary to perform various administrative tasks required of an editorial assistant. Most coaches are still under the important that younger athletes should not have input into program planning. Coaches discredit the capabilities, motivational level, and general interest of children to do so. Obviously, younger children need to be facilitated in that process. However, they have to be given the chance and plenty of opportunities to engage in the risk to discover their self-worth. Coaches have an obligation to foster and support democratic principles if they truly believe in the worth of the individual sport participant very important in athletes’ rights (Coubertin, 1894). My job has helped me gain experience in making phone calls, performing ordinary office duties, and executing numerous tasks that involve computer programs such as Microsoft Access, word, PowerPoint and Excel. For the last five years I have carried out these responsibilities and others with organization, coaching flag football and basketball I know I will be able to apply these abilities to a position with a company. Although I am a recent college graduate, practical experience, and will make me an excellent director in the next years to come.
