I’m a very unsatisfied customer, I would not recommend your product/services as being a pleasant experience. I find that your leadership quality would get a failing grade. Its my opinion that you provide NO training for your employees on how to do quality work in a timely manner. It is your fault as owner of the company that I’m unsatisfied. The morale of your workers is disappointing, they have no confidence in you as owner of the company, they feel disrespected, unappreciated and uncertain about you as a person to work for. The negative leadership that you demonstrate creates a bad working environment that affects the crews desire to do a professional job. It is your fault, you should not send unprofessional or untrained people to do a professional job. They are working for a paycheck, NOT working for a professional result/job!! As a customer I have experienced rude and arrogant behavior from you towards myself and towards the crew. You never showed any concern about my satisfaction with the building. Furthermore; It is unimaginable, that you would hold your employees paycheck hostage because I did not have a check ready for you. Your method of doing business is repulsive and offensive. It is not surprising to me that an employee has no loyalty to you or your company. As a dissatisfied customer, I would not recommend your company to construct a weld up building. I am still picking up screws and debris from the job site. The only reason this building was completed to my satisfaction is because of Bill Keys and a competent welder. Bills attention to detail is very impressive and very appreciated. I offer no thanks to you and would not do business with you again. I will hire another company to finish the additional construction at the farm. I will release the final payment as soon as all your equipment and trash is removed from my property.
